We process all orders placed on weekdays within 24 hours

All orders placed on Fridays (after 1pm) and weekends are processed within 72 hours

If you placed an order containing more than 1 item, it may have been sent out separately. We have 2 warehouses and depending on the product availability, items are sent out from their appropriate warehouse location.

Rest assured, if this happens we will provide you with tracking numbers for each dispatch.

Yes, we have a 15-day Change of Mind Policy which entitles you as buyer to return your purchase to us if you no longer want it. For change of mind, buyer to pay return postage costs. Product needs to be in unused/unopened condition to be accepted.

Customers are to prepare a return satchel from the post office at their own expense and send the product/s back to us (please contact us for our return address).
