 HOW TO USE

1. On wet or dry skin gently rub the Nano Glass Foot File in small circular motions (lightly touching the skin without hurting or causing discomfort)
2. Gently rub for 1-2 minutes each foot or until surface appears smooth
3. Apply moisturiser to treated areas after use
4. Rinse the file under lukewarm water and store in a safe dry place

After application, feet feels light to the touch, soft and silky smooth.

Recommended use: Once a week. For optimal results apply moisturiser to treated area/s after filing.

Caution: do not use on open or freshly bruised skin. Assess personal tolerance.
